How to use Munch-A-Lunch
Follow these steps if you are new to Munch-A-Lunch!
Volunteer
Fun Lunch Friday is only possible with parent volunteers to help sort and serve food. Each lunch typically needs 3–5 volunteers and the shift is under an hour. If you can help occasionally, please fill out this form.
Cancellations and errors
Orders can be cancelled or changed until the cut-off date/time by logging into your account, selecting My Account > View My Orders, and clicking on edit. You can add or remove items but you must re-submit the order, even if no changes were made. If the new order total is higher, payment is required within one hour to finalize changes. If the new total is less, the balance will remain as a credit on your account and automatically be applied to your next order.
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after the deadline, and no refunds are permitted.
Parents are welcomed to call the school by 12:00pm to make arrangements to pick up your child’s lunch if they are sick or absent from school. Unclaimed lunches will be donated to another child in the class at 12:30pm or discarded at the end of the lunch hour.
This volunteer-run program happens once a month on a Friday starting October 17. We’ve lined up three local favorites this fall—Fresh Slice Pizza, White Spot, and HiFive Chicken—to add some variety to the usual lunch routine. We hope students enjoy the choices, parents get a break from lunch prep, and funds raised help support our school.
